If you have reached a new high speed, you must meet the requirements of 39 races during the stage you got it in order for your high speed bonus to count towards your total points.
Total stats will show 'live' results until the last day of the Olympics finals. If you haven't met total tournament requirement of 200 races by then your points won't count in the overall results and you won't qualify for the prizes.
